Meet Tim Brasser: The Heart of Brasser Electrical

Born in Ararat in 1983 to Jenny and Alan and sibling to Lee and Justin, Tim Brasser’s early life was shaped by the twin pillars of footy and the Australian countryside. But it wasn’t all about sports. The country life infused Tim with a passion for the outdoors. Raised on a hobby farm, Tim’s fondest memories revolve around camping, riding motorbikes, driving tractors, hunting, bushwalking, and those inimitable bonfire nights.

Tim moved to Queensland in 2004, seeking new horizons and continuing his apprenticeship with Smart Employment Solutions. This unique opportunity allowed him to work across different employers, absorbing diverse experiences and crafting his unique approach to electrical work.

But Tim’s interests weren’t limited to his profession. An avid cable wakeboarder, he competed across Australia, from Cairns to Brisbane. However, a major injury shortly before his international debut brought him back to Melbourne, leading to an intense recovery period.

Upon his return to work, Tim faced another personal challenge: the passing of his father. After spending time with his family, he resumed his journey, focusing on wakeboarding and returning to his roots in Ararat. Yet, the allure of the Sunshine Coast was irresistible. He returned and soon founded Brasser Electrical, collaborating with RW Air Con and settling in Noosa in 2010.

Today, Tim proudly calls Noosa home. Alongside a successful business bolstered by a dedicated team of professionals, he’s also a loving husband and a doting father to two wonderful children. Tim’s aspiration has always been clear: to spend quality time with his family. He believes in fostering a vibrant and enjoyable work environment for his team, emphasising the significance of work-life balance. At the core of it all, Tim’s true passion lies in helping people and making a genuine difference in their lives.
